Yoga and kitesurfing make the perfect match - and the Red Sea is the perfect setting. Take yourself, your love and / or your bestie for a 6-day Yoga & Kite adventure to escape the fog and cold of Europe's November. Spend 6 days (7 nights) on a luxurious yacht, crusing amongs the islands infront of Hurghada, in search of perfect wind and solitude. Wake up to get straight to your mat to flow with somatic yoga, followed by sunshine, wind & kitesurfing (lessons) and close the day with post-kiting focused Yin yoga and meditation. Or you just join us to practice yoga, snorkel, SUP and enjoy the perks of life on a luxury boat. Kiting not needed to have a wonderful trip!

Cohen, AuthenticFlow & Embodied Flow with Bhakti and Vinyasa / Yin Yoga - so a practice laced with gateways to BEING, for being in coherence with mind and body and to move more graceful, present, compassionate and integrated on & off the mat.
Holy Trinity: Breath, Mantra, Meditation
The somatics teachings merge lovingly with the philosophy and beliefs of non-dual tantra. The Holy Trinity is the sadhana practice of the AuthenticFlow tribe, using ancient traditions of breathwork, mantra recitation and sitting with what is in meditation. We will learn and practice the Holy Trinity in the early morning before we move, using breathing patterns and gateways to enter the meditative space, anchor to the elements that make us and tap into the cosmic consciousness to reemerge more present, softened and closer to an awakened state.

The Red Sea is a peaceful piece of paradise, inviting with warm weather all year around, flat water and a rich under-water life to discover diving or snorkelling. Hurghada & El Gouna hug the Red Sea and have established an inviting and modern vibe for water sports. Add a few days before or after the trip to discover beautiful El Gouna! We depart from Hurghada New Marina.
Falcon MY
The Falcon is one of the newer yachts to cruise the Red Sea. She features 16 rooms and up to 32 guests. Her 2020 build promises modern design, spaciousness and a comfortable home for you to enjoy. Below deck rooms have a bull's eye window, above deck rooms sport big windows to take in the scene. Sun decks on the top & 2nd floor invite for a floating yoga studio, sun tanning and taking in the sunrises & sunsets.
